Infinity Theater

The brand-new Infinity Theater is now open! The theater includes a new lobby entrance with immersive finishes, an impressive new laser projector and sound system, new audio and visual accessibility features, enhanced programming, 2D and 3D capabilities and much more.

Gates Planetarium

Soar to another planet on a cosmic journey or find a place where nothing escapes, not even light. Are you ready for an adventure that is out of this world?

We are asking guests to take the following steps to help them protect themselves and ensure the best possible experience for everyone during visits to Gates Planetarium.

  1. Enter queue no more than 10 minutes before your ticket time
  2. Please practice physical distancing for everyone’s safety while in theaters by adhering to the seating guidelines. Please note that larger parties may be seated separately
  3. Everyone in your group needs a timed ticket, including adults, all children under three and babies.
  4. No food or drinks are allowed in Gates Planetarium

FAQ

Strollers and non-motorized wheelchairs are available to check out at our information desk located on the first floor across from the gift shop. These items are first come first serve and cannot be reserved in advance. We do not have motorized carts available to rent.

Yes, we allow services animals in the Museum, which is defined as animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Pets and emotional support animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed.
